About the Role
Wilderness School is seeking a motivated and organised Sport Coordinator to support the delivery of the School’s co-curricular sport and recreation program. This is a permanent part-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, 45 weeks of the year.
The role supports the coordination of sporting activities, events, coaches, and facilities, and acts as a key point of contact for students, staff, and families. The Sport Coordinator plays an important role in promoting participation, student wellbeing, and school spirit.
About You
You are an organised and proactive professional with experience in sports administration and strong communication skills. You enjoy working in a school environment and building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and coaches.
You will bring:
Experience in sports administration or a related role
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to work
